• End-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of robust Machine Learning models that generate measurable business impact
• Identification of new opportunities through advanced data analysis and translation of complex insights into actionable strategies that drive sports betting business value
• Acting as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders by enabling data-driven decision-making and delivering innovative solutions into production
• Continuous evaluation, adoption, and application of emerging technologies, statistical methodologies, and Machine Learning algorithms

• Completed higher education (FH, university degree, or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Science, preferably in the sports betting industry
• Strong proficiency in Python including key ML libraries as well as SQL
• Experience with ML pipelines, model deployment, and operationalization
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience with AWS SageMaker or a comparable cloud ML platform is a plus
